A CLEAN fresh space is ESSENTIAL for the health and wellness of your body, mind & spirit! All work is performed by me, Sarah, and I charge the same rate for all of my services. I offer weekly and bi-weekly serviceI use only earth & family/pet friendly cleaning products that are effective & smell great.

• I bring all necessary equipment & supplies- (included in my rate)•I use a True HEPA Filter vacuum and HEPA filter bags• •I use Branch Basics products/cleaning system that are made from safe, natural, non-toxic ingredients, they are unscented & proven effective. (website: www.branchbasics.com)I highly recommend BRANCH!• I use Reusable/refillable glass bottles & Microfiber cleaning cloths & mop heads (wash/sterilize/re-use)

Laundry, Linen Changes (additional fee),

• All work is performed by me, no one ever enters your home other than me without your knowledge and permission. I require an additional emergency contact number in case I encounter any surprises and cannot reach you.

I will customize a service plan that meets your needs & goals and complements your lifestyle and schedule. Once a schedule is established you can expect me to arrive promptly on the agreed upon date/time window. Cancellations/changes require 48 hours notice. Life happens of course but in most cases lock outs or last minute cancellations will be charged a rescheduling fee.

I charge the same rate for all of my services, based on time. $75. hour. Established clients receive discounts for weekly and bi-weekly service. I do not charge for travel within a 20 miles radius of Fairbanks.

• I am fully Covid vaccinated & boosted & a healthy & athletic non-smoker.•I use a separate/fresh set of supplies for each home and follow CDC’s Covid procedure recommendations.
